- Major League Baseball: Supported
the Phoenix, Arizona bracket of the inaugural World Baseball Classic.
Provided direct support to MLB Executives and staff members and
players and staff of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South
Africa teams. Provided onsite support to media members at game
locations, and Spanish-language translation for the MLB Media
Credentials Office.
- Hewlett Packard: Over 6 years
providing high-level technology services, including: dedicated
support of top-level executives (business needs analysis and hardware/software
recommendation, technology planning, training, remote and home
office support); messaging infrastructure management (Microsoft
Exchange and Outlook); vendor management for telecom services;
business process improvement.
- Social Security Administration: Provided
services to Unisys in a nationwide systems upgrade for the SSA,
including the retrofitting of email infrastructure and installation
of new desktops, including handicap accessible stations.
- Intel: Provided project support
for a site-wide rollout of new laptops and desktops, including
customization and training for end-users.
- Beale AFB, CA: Provided support
in a systems security rollout of smart card ID readers for the
Beale Medical Facility.
- Oakland Black Firefighters Association:
Worked with the organization to assess its goals, and
implemented the OBBFA website from the ground up to assist the
organization in meeting these goals. Provided custom training
CD on maintenance and modification of the website.
- Paul Financial: Provided initial
technology consulting and installation services for their Arizona-based
salesforce.
- Sacramento Yoga Center: Provided
consulting services to Center director in configuring home office
for maximum efficiency.
